About the route:
It’s 36 miles, with some decent elevation gain, and a good bit of gravel at the end. As long as you’re a relatively strong rider you should have no issues getting to camp. This route is an out and back, so in the morning you will have plenty of descending to look forward to. Our plan is to leave early and have tons of stops for snacks, drinks, swimming, and other things of that nature. We will not be holding a crazy pace, but note a lot of the climbing comes at the end of the day, so just be prepared for that.
This is a fully self supported route, we will be stashing some beers at camp the day before, but there is no major food stops after Masonville. Carry what you need. If you have a water filter there will be multiple opportunities to fill up, if not, bring lots of bottles.
There is a fill station right across from the campsite, but not so much along the route.
