Bikepacking Hygiene & Bike Fit Workshopwith Building Momentum in Nelson, Canada

Join us as we de-mystify period care, hygiene, saddle sores, and actually being comfortable on bikepacking trips!

Join us on April 21 at Kokanee Physio for a Hygiene & Bike Fit Workshop. This session will de-mystify misconceptions folks with uterus’ often experience in bikepacking/backcountry trips. We will talk about how to prevent saddle sores and number fingers with proper bike fitting. We will also discuss period care and nutrition.

Limited to 12 participants. Bring your own chair & beverage of choice. This workshop is FREE thanks to our December 16 fundraiser <3.

About Building Momentum Bikepacking:
Building Momentum is a Kootenay-based community creating spaces for women, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming folks to learn, share skills, and gain confidence in bikepacking. Through workshops and social rides, we lower barriers to getting outside and making bike adventures accessible.

Who this workshop is for:
This workshop is specifically intended for women, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming participants. It’s beginner-friendly and open to anyone curious about bikepacking or wanting to feel more prepared heading out on their bike.
