Old Man Mountain is hosting a Bikepacking Campout at Sea Otter Classic, April 16–19, 2026, with an After Party open to everyone on Friday and Saturday!
The goal is to build a bikepacking community at Sea Otter and this camp is going to bring it. The campground is nestled into a grove of trees and will make a great space to bring your touring rig, your ultralight setup, or whatever alt creation you’re tinkering with. All bikes and all riders are welcome.
Bikepacking Roots will organizing a few workshops and panel discussions and Kurt will be there to talk about his journey on Orogenesis as well. Plus, many other friends like Ryan Van Duzer, John & Mira, and more!
