We are seeking two new part-time staff members to support our work.

These are remote roles with a lot of flexibility that we hope would fit well with the varying schedules of many of our community members. While our budget can only support part-time roles currently, there could be an opportunity for growth in both position for the right person as our organization grows.
Routes Program Manager
The Routes Program Manager will provide leadership in key aspects of our Routes Program, with a focus on long-term stewardship of high-quality routes. There is an opportunity for future growth in this role, including leading new bikepacking route development opportunities, pending organizational growth and/or route development specific funding. This is a flexible, remote position for an experienced bikepacking route creator interested in supporting Bikepacking Roots’ mission.

Development Associate
The Development Associate will support our organization’s sustainability and growth by working closely with the Executive Director to implement priorities outlined in Bikepacking Roots’ Development & Fundraising Plan, with a primary focus on individual giving, donor stewardship, and fundraising operations. This is a flexible, remote position with a scope that will be refined collaboratively based on the candidate’s strengths and availability.
