Who is Bikepacking Roots? We are a national non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and advancing bikepacking, growing a diverse bikepacking community, advocating for the conservation of the landscapes and public lands through which we ride. We value human-powered adventure and an inclusive, engaged, and informed membership that makes a positive impact as we explore by bike.
Bikepacking Roots is committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the bikepacking community. To this end, we encourage applications from diverse individuals with a variety of perspectives, identities and lived experiences that will enhance Bikepacking Roots’ ability to create a more diverse, welcoming, and inclusive culture and community in the sport of bikepacking. As we expand our programming throughout the United States, we also hope to increase the geographic diversity of our Board.
