DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row el_class=”teammateRow”][vc_column width=”1/4″ el_class=”teammateImage”][vc_single_image image=”73757″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=”” image_hovers=”false”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″ el_class=”teammateDescription”][vc_row_inner el_class=”TeammateContent”][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text css=””]The 2026 edition of Pinyons and Pines starts at 6 AM on Thursday\, May 14\, at Flagstaff Bicycle Revolution. \nPinyons and Pines is an underground self-supported bikepacking ride that starts and ends in Flagstaff\, AZ (6\,910 feet). The route is a magnificent tour of Northern Arizona\, utilizing a mixture of singletrack\, double track\, and dirt roads. The start and finish are at Flagstaff Bicycle Revolution\, sandwiched between Pizzicletta and Mother Road Brewery. The course changes each year. Riders can choose between two categories: solo or duo (2-person team). \n\n\n\n\n\nImportant! This is an unsanctioned event. There are no fees\, no prizes\, but all attempts will be made to record your finish time. A start time and route are provided\, and it is up to the participant to understand the route. Riders have full responsibility for their navigation and well-being. The goal is to finish the entire route while setting your own pace. \n\nThis event is part of Bikepacking Root’s Community Event Calendar\, where we share bikepacking events across the US and Canada. Bikepacking Roots is not involved in the hosting of this event unless otherwise noted.
