December Bike Campout with the Wild Wolf Cycling Collective in California

Last WWCC campout of the year. Meeting up with the CX Wolves for an extra special CROSSITAS CAMPOUT!!!

This route takes riders from LA to Ventura via metrolink and from Ventura to Lake Cassitas Campground via the Ojai bike path and some rural roads. The group will be joining up with the cyclocross event and wild wolf racers at the Lake Cassitas campground for Crossitas.

Let Wild Wolf know if you are interested in racing as well, or just want to try and ride the course.

Route stats: Day one is 23 miles with 900ft elevation gain. Day two is 23 miles with 500ft elevation gain.
Technical difficulty: Rating of 2/10
Physical Difficulty: Rating of 3/10
100% paved & pannier/First time camper friendly. It is December, so warm sleeping bags/liners and warm layers will be needed.
